By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for:

• The work you perform.
• Any insurance, permits, or licenses required.
• Compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the performance of your work, whether to yourself, your employees, clients, or third parties.

You acknowledge that you are not an employee or agent of this Website or its owners, and that the Website is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with your services.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Website. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Listing Fee & Payments

• The seasonal listing fee is $10 per winter season.
• All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store or access full payment information.
• All payments are non-refundable.

5. Website Availability & Disclaimer

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

We are not liable for any temporary or permanent interruption, suspension, delay, or unavailability of the Website, including but not limited to maintenance, technical issues, hosting failures, weather events, or causes beyond our control. No refunds or credits will be issued for downtime.
